Relax your body and keep your spine straight, shoulders back and loose.
Extend your tongue out and fold the sides to form a tube or straw. Breathe in from your mouth allowing the air to pass through your rolled tongue, close your mouth and breath out from your nose.
If you are unable to do this, let your teeth rest in closed position but not clenched. Keep the tip of your tongue touchingthe back of your lower teeth and with your mouth smiling slightly, inhale and create a hissing sound, close your mouth and breath out through your nose.
Always expand your stomach when breathing in and contract when breathing out.
A full inhale and exhale is one breath. Repeat for 5 breaths.
